Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Notlogin (notlogin.com and its APIs). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Last updated 2026-10-12.

The service

Notlogin lets you verify your identity once, issue signed credentials that your AI agents present to vendors, and optionally hold a managed wallet from which agents pay vendors within the budgets you set. Notlogin is a technical broker: we are not a bank, an exchange or a party to your dealings with vendors.

Your account

  • You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in methods secure. Turn on passkeys or two-factor authentication.
  • You are responsible for what agents do with credentials you issue, inside the scope and budget you set. Revoke a credential as soon as you suspect it has leaked: anyone holding it can present it until it is revoked or expires.
  • One person per account; do not create accounts to evade limits or bans.

Budgets, payments and the managed wallet

  • Budgets and approval thresholds are enforced by Notlogin, but payments on public blockchains are final once confirmed. We cannot reverse a transaction you or your agent authorized.
  • You are responsible for the funds you deposit, the networks you choose and any taxes. Network fees are paid from your wallet.
  • In the custodial tier we hold encrypted keys on your behalf; in the vault tiers only you can decrypt them and we cannot recover funds if you lose your secret.
  • Swaps and bridges are executed through third-party protocols shown before you confirm; prices, slippage and their availability are outside our control.
  • Test networks are for testing only and carry no value.

Vendors

Vendors that accept Notlogin agree to verify credentials as documented, to charge only what the user approved and to handle user data under their own privacy policy. Notlogin may suspend a vendor that abuses charges or credentials.

Acceptable use

Do not use Notlogin for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful content, attacks on the service or on vendors, or to impersonate others. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do, and report them where the law requires.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is", without warranties. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the managed wallet we will give notice and time to withdraw funds.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Notlogin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by credentials or keys you exposed, by vendors, by blockchain networks or by third-party protocols. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to Notlogin in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Notlogin and ask us to close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. Credentials you issued stop working when the account is closed.
